This policy explains how DATAmetrics processes the personal data you submit through the request form on datametrics.kz, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Their Protection”.

What we collect

Your name, company name, phone number, email address and message, as entered by you in the form.

Why

Only to respond to your request: to clarify the task and prepare a proposal and cost estimate.

How we store it

Data is stored on a server in the Republic of Kazakhstan and is available only to DATAmetrics staff who handle requests. We do not sell or share it with third parties except as required by Kazakhstan law.

How long

No longer than needed to handle your request and any subsequent cooperation, or until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You can request information about your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent by writing to info@datametrics.kz.
